Can I Print my E-ticket?

Once you make the payment, we will check and confirm the payment. After confirming, we will send you a link. By clicking on the link, you can find E-ticket receipt icon. Click & follow the icon. Now E-Ticket receipt is visible in front of you. You can download & print the E-ticket for future travelling.


CAN I CANCEL MY TICKET AND STILL GET REFUND?

In most cases, airline ticket fare is non-refundable; but in order to develop the long term relations to our valuable customers, we give the relaxation while cancelling the tickets. It depends, how much time you take to cancel the ticket, after 24 hours/48 hours/1 week. Whole process is given in terms& conditions. Please check rules mentioned on ticket before purchasing online ticket carefully or you can ask the consultant at the time of purchase. Our consults would feel happy to assist you regarding your queries. However, if we are unable to refund or if it has been spent more than 1 week, then customer have to contact the related airline or hotel for your trip directly.


HOW DO I ALTER MY TRAVEl DESTINATION?

There are some specific rules & regulations of changing the destination. If you change your travelling destination after confirming the preceding ticket or add more people in your package etc, for such kind of modifications, you have to pay extra fee for altering the package. In this case, kindly contact our exchange agent on mentioned number on website and negotiate with our consultants. Please be advised that in most cases a fee will be charged for any changes in your travel.

Please keep in mind that what changes you want in your travelling package, can be possibly done before 7 days of journey date. After that we may deny any kind of exchange or alterations or changes would be absolutely restricted.

One more thing, on which you have to pay attention that in case of exchange, only that itinerary would be provided which is followed by the same airline that issued original ticket.

NOT RECEIVED E-TICKET?

Once customer makes the payment then the procedure of confirmation & issue of E-ticket will start. The whole procedure consumes at least 4-6 hours for E ticket to be issued of your trip; in crucial & emergency cases, we also issue the ticket immediately. Sometimes, there must be some technical issues, like internet problem, website traffic or server issues, if you didn’t receive your E-Ticket in specified time. You can call our booking team and solve your query anytime.
